Great news! The Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority's board of directors has elected to enter into exclusive negotiations with Forest City Enterprises to become its long-term development partner for the bioscience park at Fitzsimons.
Forest City Enterprises, a $7.4-billion company recently rated by Fortune magazine as the top publicly traded real estate company, is principally engaged in the ownership, development, acquisition and management of premier commercial and residential real estate throughout the US.
