Good Data Good for Local Real Estate

Louisville based RxKinetix, Inc. must be beaming these days. Since announcing the successful conclusion of its Phase II trial for Oral Mucositis (RK-0202) they received a grant through the Grand Challenges in Global Health Initiative (supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, NIH, Wellcome Trust, and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research) for the development of a thermostable Hepatitis B vaccine, and have been named Life Science Company Of The Year by the University Colorado Tech Transfer Office. Now they have announced plans to move to Boulder proper so that their new space and anticipated new hiring needs may be accommodated. The move to 3132 East Sterling Circle will roughly double their space at 14,000 square feet.

In addition, Virginia based Insmed, Inc. recently expanded their manufacturing facilities in Boulder and now occupy space at both 2590 Central Ave. and now 5797 Central Ave. bring total square footage to approximately 41,000 square feet.
