21 Fitzsimons: Moving On Up!

Looks like some D-luxe apartments are beginning to emerge in the sky. For the longest time the project, 21 Fitzsimons, being developed by the Pauls Corp, was spreading only horizontally, well in the blink of an eye the fourth story on some of the units are now taking shape.

This project is being developed at the physical epicenter of the square-mile of life sciences. The commons community emerging at 21 Fitz will be home to contemporary luxury apartment homes, a club house (curious to find out more about that), gym (which I am oh so excited about), coffee shop and 16,000 square feet of retail space (great…some places to eat in walking distance other than the hospital cafeterias!).

21 Fitz sits in the Fitzsimons Life Science District which is adjacent to the Colorado Science + Technology Park @ Fitzsimons and the Anschutz Medical Campus.
