CBSA BioBreakfast: Tomorrow! (1/23/08)


Don’t miss what promises to be a most informative Colorado Bioscience Association BioBreakfast (7:30 – 9:00am tomorrow 23 January) with CU’s new Vice Chancellor for Research, Dr. Richard Traystman. Dr. Traystman will be joined by Ronald J. Sokol, MD Professor and Vice Chair of Pediatrics and together they will provide an overview of how companies can access CU’s basic research facilities.

Additionally, Dr. Sokol will describe the mission and vision of the Colorado Clinical Translational Sciences Institute (CCTSI), the structure of the proposed CCTSI (including cores, etc.), the specific aims of the grant application and the how the Institute will interface with industry (TTO, Clinical Trials Offices, Discovery Translation Program, Clinical Science Training Program).
