Cultivating a career in the business of science at times appears to be more art then science. Business Process Analysis - Participate in due diligence activities on merger or acquisition candidates as directed by the Chief Financial Officer / Conduct cash flow based valuation analysis of merger or acquisition candidates as directed by the Chief Financial Officer / Prepare monthly valuation reports for public companies of interest to Heska / Prepare valuation reports of private sales of companies of interest to Heska as necessary / Conduct preliminary accounting merger/acquisition consequences analysis for potential merger or acquisition candidates as directed by the Chief Financial Officer / Conduct research based on public information on industry sectors of interest to Heska, including potential merger or acquisition candidates in those industry sectors / Prepare reports on the business, recent and projected financial results, historical financial results and trends, recent developments, management, board of directors, ownership, location, number of employees, stock trading and other matters for companies of interest to Heska
Public Data Gathering, Organizing and Analyzing - Conduct a quarterly shareholder analysis for Heska and other companies of interest to Heska / Conduct a quarterly analysis of Heska’s 401(k) investments and prepare reports for review by the Chief Financial Officer and Investment Committee if necessary
